Tender awards for June 2010
Topping the list of contracts the National Contracts Commission approved in June by value is the National Housing Trust tender awarded to Prime Development Company Limited for “The construction of six 3-bedroom townhouses and the associated Infrastructure Works at 2A Mark Way, Cherry Gardens in St. Andrew.” The contract is for J$141,709,450.40.
The second highest contract went to Build Rite Construction Co. Ltd. for J$135,226,375.90. Is is being funded by the Government of Jamaica, and is for the renovation of Block J at the Mandeville Regional Hospital, of the Southern Regional Health Authority.
Rounding out the top three is the Southern Regional Health Authority contract for The procurement of Cleaning and Portering Services for the May Pen Hospital The GOJ funded tender was awarded to Jac-Den Enterprises at a value of JMD$7$102,835,181.00.
