A brief session will be held at Petrojam Limited on November 12, 2008 at 10:00am. Period of placement will be for 3 years. Cover is required for the following classes of insurances: Property and Business Interruption, Comprehensive General Liability, Marine Cargo, Motor Comprehensive and Contingent Liability, Employers Liability, Computer All Risk and Loss of Money and Fidelity Guarantee. 

Tenders should be deposited in the tender box located at: The Petrojam Refinery Lobby, Petrojam Limited, 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston. Tenders should be in sealed envelopes, bearing the name of the tenderer, and clearly marked Insurance Tender for Petrojam Limited.

Each tender should contain a summary of the risk(s) and should be submitted in 3 identical hard copies and 3 CDs in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the tenderer and clearly addressed as follows: The Compliance Officer, Petrojam Limited, 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston. Tenders should be deposited by 3:00pm on January 8, 2009. Blank CD will be provided by Petrojam Limited. Tender opening will begin 3:15pm in the Petrojam Refinery Conference Room.
