The National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica Limited (EXIM Bank) invites tenders from qualified Motor Vehicle dealers to respond to a RFP for the provision of one new Utility Vehicle for the EXIM Bank's business needs. Model year should be 2009.

Tender documents may be collected from the Human Resource & Administration Division at the EXIM Bank, The Dorchester, 11 Oxford Road, Kingston 5 on the payment of a non-refundable fee of $2,000 (cash or manager's cheque). Tender documents can be collected between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Two identical copies of each tender should be returned no later than 3pm on November 14, 2008 in sealed envelopes, bearing the name of the tenderer and clearly marked TENDER: PROVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLE- National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica Limited. These should be deposited in the tender box provided at the receptionist's desk at the EXIM Bank, The Dorchester, 11 Oxford Road, Kingston 5.

Tenders will be opened publicly at 3:15pm on November 14, 2008 in the Boardroom of the Bank.
