The National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica Limited (EXIM Bank) invites tenders from a firm of Certified Chartered Accountants approved to practice in Jamaica to become the Auditors for the Bank and its externally administered private pension fund, and to carry out the annual audit of their financial statements for a period of 5 years.

Tender documents may be collected from the Human Resource & Administration Division at the EXIM Bank, The Dorchester, 11 Oxford Road, Kingston 5 on the payment of a non-refundable fee of $2,000 (cash or manager's cheque. Tender documents can be collected between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Tenderers must possess a valid TCC, be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Jamaica and be registered with the Public Accountancy Board.

Two identical copies of each tender should be returned no later than 3:00pm November 7, 2008 in sealed envelopes, bearing the name of the tenderer and clearly marked TENDER: PROVISION OF AUDITING SERVICES-National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica Limited. These should be deposited in the tender box provided at the receptionist's desk at the EXIM Bank, The Dorchester, 11 Oxford Road, Kingston 5.

Tenders will be opened publicly at 3:15pm on November 7, 2008 in the Board Room of the Bank.
