Offers are being invited for tenders from pre-qualified registered Insurance Companies/Brokers with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) who are on the National Contracts Commission's (NCC) register to provide insurance services to Fiscal Services Limited. Period of placement will be for 3 years, beginning April 1, 2009.

Tender documents will be available as of November 11, 2008 between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm at the address indicated above. A non-refundable payment of J$4,000 in cash or manager's cheque payable to the Fiscal Services Limited will be required for each tender document.

Cover is required for the following classes of insurance: Commercial All Risks; Computer All Risks; Motor Contingent Liability; Plate Glass; All Risks; Private Comprehensive Motor Vehicle; Private Comprehensive Motor Cycle; Equipment All Risks; Public Liability; Employer's Liability.

Tenders should be deposited in the tender box on the ground floor of Fiscal Services Limited (Lobby), 235b Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, and should be sealed, stamped envelopes, bearing the name of the tenderer and clearly marked: INSURANCE PLACEMENT - "Tender For General Insurance Services", RFPFSL Q3 Finance, Planning & Admin 2008/02, Fiscal Services Limited, 235B Old Hope Road, Kingston 6.

Each tender must contain a summary of the risk(s) and must be submitted in duplicate (two identical copies). Tender should be deposited by 3:00pm, January 22, 2009. Opening of tenders will follow at 3:15pm in the Conference Room#1.
