Human Employment and Resource Training invites tenders for the Proposed Extension to Housekeeping Facility project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
Proposed extension to the housekeeping facility, approximately 22m² (240 Sq ft), providing a bathroom, laundry and store room in order to complete the housekeeping training facility. The proposed works include:
• Substructure
• Walls and Partitions
• Roof and roof Finishes
• Windows and doors
• Floor, wall and ceiling Finishes
• Fixtures and fittings
• Sanitary Fittings
• Plumbing Installation
• Electrical Installation
• External works
at the Buff Bay Vocational Training Centre, Portland.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER
The contractor must submit valid copies of the following to be eligible for consideration:
• NCC Certificate – Building/ Interior Construction – Grade 4 minimum
• Tax Compliance Certificate
• Up to date receipts of HEART 3% contribution
COLLECTION OF DOCUMENT
Tender documents may be collected from the Building and Properties Department of the HEART Trust/ NTA, 6b Oxford Road, Kingston 5. Documents will be available from Thursday, 2008 November 20 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Tender documents are to be returned to the Building and Properties Department of the HEART Trust/ NTA, 6b Oxford Road, Kingston 5 on or before 11:00 a.m. Thursday 2008 December 04.
You must be registered as at least a grade 4 contractor in the category of Building Construction. Tender documents are availableupon payment by cash, certified managers check of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $1,500. Tenders should be submitted no later than 11:00am, December 4, 2008 to:
