Human Employment and Resource Training invites tenders for the HEART_IPT_ Redesign20Nov2008 project being funded by HEART 3%. The HEART Trust/NTA has a working and functional Cisco Call Manager 4.1 Cluster integrated with Cisco Unity Voicemail.
The Cluster design has three (3) servers for seventeen (17) locations presently. This cluster requires redesigning of its IPT environment to improve the communication capabilities.
ASSUMPTIONS
The assumptions are made based on the fact that the HEART Trust/NTA has a working and functional Cisco Call Manager Cluster integrated with Cisco Unity Voicemail.
1. The Call Manager Cluster can support additional devices (IP phones)
2. Call Manager Groups are defined
3. Device Pools are defined
4. Region/Location and codec/s between HEART Trust’s branch offices is/are defined
5. Correct line signal for analog trunks are known/configured (loop start or ground start)
6. The requisite handsets and related hardware are already available
7. Required IOS for SRST is available on voice gateway
SCOPE OF WORK
Design and implement IP PBX Infrastructure:
* Develop a uniform and scalable internal dial-plan
* Develop a uniform and scalable external dial-plan
* Develop standards for naming conventions
* Develop standards for calling restrictions including Partitions, Calling Search Spaces, FAC and CMC
* Develop standards for Voice Gateway configuration (MGCP, H.323)
* Develop standards for Media Resources (MTP, CFB, XCODE, MOH)
* Implement internal/external dial-plan and Class of Restriction (PT, CSS, FAC, CMC)
* Implement Media Resources design
* Implement Voice Gateway design
* Installation and configuration of Voice Gateway for inbound calls from PSTN and outbound calls to PSTN
* Extension to extension dialing between branch office via the HEART WAN
Cluster Design: Review and improve Call Manager Cluster design (3 server cluster for 17 locations in total).
Survivability Design: Develop standards for Head Office survivability; Develop and implement standards for Branch survivability
Project Management: Project Plan Development

At least 2 reference accounts for which a similar solution has been deployed
List/Details of IPT Certification of Engineers assigned to implementation
Must have Cisco IPT certification for Jamaica
