The Urban Development Corporation (UDC), 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston Mall, invites qualified contractors who are currently registered with the NCC in the category of Supplier of Goods and Services to tender for pest control services indicated below:

1) General pest control services to control indoor and outdoor populations of rodents, as well as arachnids, insects and other pests; 2) Services to treat the perimeter areas at each location.

Locations include: 1) The Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston; 2) The National Gallery Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston; 3) The Oceana Building, 2-4 King Street, Kingston; 4) The Offices and Shops of the Kingston Mall, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston.

Tender documents may be collected as of October 24, 2008, with a non-refundable payment of $3,000 from the: Procurement Manager, Urban Development Corporation, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston Mall, Kingston and must be returned by November 24, 2008 at 1:00pm. Tender opening will take place at 1:30pm on the same day.

The tenderer's current Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) and Certificate of Registration from the National Contracts Commission (NCC) must also accompany all tenders.
