The Montego Bay Free Zone Co. Ltd invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the Grounds and Maintenance Service at the Montego Bay Free Zone Co. Ltd, 1 Mangrove Way, Montego Bay, St. James.

Scope of Work:  1) To maintain the landscape and drainage system of the Free Zone. This includes lawn, trees and vacant lots; 2) Janitorial services on buildings: This includes cleaning of stairwells, gazebos, glass doors and common areas of buildings.

MOA: Cleaning and Alignment of Drain Canal

The Agricultural Support Services Project (ASSP) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the cleaning and alignment of drain canals at Amity Hall, St. Catherine.

Tender documents may be obtained from JASSP as of September 17, 2007 at a non-refundable fee of J$3,000 in cash or manager’s cheque.

Completed tender documents with all required enclosures must be placed in a plain envelope clearly marked “Tender for the Cleaning and Alignment of Drain Canal, Amity Hall, St. Catherine”.

The University of Technology, Jamaica invites sealed bids from tax compliant companies and individuals, on the NCC's list of approved contractors registered in the category of Industrial Maintenance, Grade 1-4, in order to execute Servicing of Food Equipment on the campus.

Copies of bid documents will be made available upon request as of August 20-31, 2007 from the office of the Director, Procurement and Office Services Administration Building.
