The Urban Development Corporation (UDC), invites qualified suppliers who are currently registered with the National Contracts Commission in the category of Janitorial Services to tender for the cleaning and maintenance of all common areas inclusive of lobbies, washrooms, passageways, stairwells, floors, windows, walls and external areas at the following locations: The Office Centre Building, The National Gallery and African and Caribbean Museum, The Jamaica Conference Centre, The Seabed Arcade, and Three multi-storey car parks.
